How cool is that! And it’s all automated. With some help from our friends at Apptoto, an appointment reminder service.

There are three kinds of reminders: (1) email, (2) text message, and (3) phone call. We can send out one, two, or all three!

It’s nice to have that flexibility because everyone’s different. Some people like email, some like text messages, and some people don’t like electronic communication and just want a good old-fashioned phone call.

For our reminders to work, you have to make sure that we have a good email address, mobile phone number, and/or a regular phone number for you.

Does this mean you don’t have to keep a calendar? Of course not. But it does mean that you have a backup, someone looking out for you, just in case.

Does our reminder service cost you anything extra? No, it’s included for all of our clients.
