Help with DUI Case
Includes representation of you for uncontested DUI case by attorney from Steve Rice Law. Please go through the options and select what you want. There is an explanation for each option below. Links to our terms of service and privacy policy are available during checkout.
“County” option
“County” means the county in Pennsylvania where the incident occurred and you are or will be charged. Right now only three counties are in our local service area, including Adams, Cumberland, or Franklin county. We sometimes go out of county, but that is not an available online as an option. Book a free consultation instead.
“Attorney” option
“Attorney” means a full-service criminal defense attorney from our firm, which now includes Steve Rice or David Erhard. The option to choose Steve is available online only if your case is in Adams County. If you select another county for him, it will say, “Not available.” Book a free consultation if representation by Steve is important to you.
“Prior DUIs” option
“Prior DUIs” means the number of prior DUI charges you have had at any time, at any age, in any state, and with any result. When in doubt, count it please. The basic plan is not available online if you have any priors. If you have 3 or more priors, we do not that available online as an option. Book a free consultation instead.
“Service plan” option
